All facilities are subject to underwriting. Any facility offered by ARC GmbH is subject to formal credit approval and the execution of legally binding documentation. Rates, fees and covenants disclosed on the Site are indicative only.

3Eligibility

The Site and its services are intended for legal-entity clients (companies, partnerships and other incorporated bodies) established in jurisdictions where ARC GmbH is permitted to operate. Use by consumers, minors, or persons in restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related system.

10Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Deutschland. The courts of Offenburg have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
